Q: How can I be sure that the Astro Belt will fit me?
A: The Astro Belt is one-size-fits-all up to 44 Inches! Just remove the buckle and cut the Astro Belt down to your length with a standard pair of scissors. Cut the belt from the square end, not the end with the holes.
Q: How do I securely connect the buckle to the Astro Belt?
A: Just slide the Astro Belt into the buckle underneath the clasp, then push down on the clasp and pull back on the Astro Belt and the buckle in opposite directions. Make sure to pull back tight to lock it in place!
Q: Wait! If I cut the Astro Belt when I size myself, then won't I be cutting off the holes?
A: That's the wrong side! Cut the Astro Belt from the square end where the buckle clasps on.
Q: Where does the name "Astro Belt" come from?

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once you place your order, you will receive email confirmation that your order was successfully placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a USPS Tracking number.
We ship USPS Via Priority mail and First Class mail. Please allow 4-6 business days after you receive your shipment email verification for your order to arrive. Tracking information will also be available in order to stay up do date on the location of your order.
All International orders are shipped Via USPS Priority Mail International. Please allow up to 4 weeks for international orders to arrive. Tracking information will also be available in order to stay up do date on the location of your order.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, your purchase may be returned for a refund. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the time when the item was received. Shipping fees are not refunded and return shipping will be payed by the buyer. If the Astro Belt was damaged or broken when initially received by the buyer, a full refund will be made and the return shipping cost will be handled by OverTheFly LLC.
